All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time.

Orders must be paid in full at checkout, and we accept PayPal and credit card payments.

Once your order is placed, we’ll process it as quickly as possible!

  1. Shipping and delivery

We ship orders using Australia Post eParcel and third-party couriers. Delivery is subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders of in-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping times range from 1–7 business days within Australia. International delivery times vary by country.

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For clarity, please read the following details carefully.

3.1 Free standard shipping within Australia

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders. No additional shipping charges apply to Australian delivery addresses.

3.2 International shipping and pricing

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. These shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not subsidised by Arawyn Discovery Press.

To help offset higher shipping costs and currency exchange rates, we offer adjusted international pricing on eligible single products when shipping to addresses outside Australia.

This international pricing is a good faith gesture intended to make our books more accessible to customers in regions where the total cost can be prohibitive.

Important conditions:

  • Australian customers already receive free shipping and are not eligible for international pricing discounts.
  • Bundles, already discounted items, and promotional offers are excluded from further international discounts.
  • You agree that the shipping address you provide is accurate and reflects the final delivery destination.
  • Orders placed with the intent to circumvent this policy, including using VPNs, false international addresses, or reshipping services to obtain discounts, may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
  • Repeated attempts to misuse this policy may result in suspension of purchasing privileges.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

3.3 Important shipping information

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If there are any delays or issues with delivery, you will need to contact the courier directly. Arawyn Discovery Press is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels unless Australia Post or the courier confirms in writing that the package has been lost—in which case, we will step in to assist.

We take care in packaging your order, but we cannot be responsible for damage caused during shipping.

A physical delivery address must be provided where someone is available during business hours to receive the package.

Some couriers may require proof of identification upon delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

3.4 Claims for delivery issues

Claims for damage in transit, incorrect deliveries, or missing items must be reported in writing (email or online form) within 3 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be sent back to Arawyn Discovery Press within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this period.

Your rights under any product warranty are separate from and in addition to the rights you have under Australian law, including those under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., a mistake on our part or a faulty item), please contact us within the claim period noted above, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
